2. Repair Services

Customers should back up their data before submitting a device for repair. Blue Tech London is not responsible for any loss of data during the repair process.
Customers must inspect and test their device before leaving the shop after collection.
Repairs are carried out with care using quality replacement parts where applicable.

3. Returns

Online purchases may be returned within 7 days if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Repair charges are non-refundable once the repair has been completed successfully.

4. Warranty

Any warranty provided applies only to the repair or replacement part supplied by Blue Tech London and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unrelated faults.

5. Liability

Blue Tech London is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, except where required by law.
